A major regeneration project which creates a new Science Park the for the international pharmaceutical company Randox Laboratories. The 42 acre site will accommodate new facilities for sterile technology cleanroom production, diagnostic laboratories, headquarter offices, IT offices, health check suites, visitor accommodation and conferencing facilities.
All Randox Buildings were modelled to a BIM Level 2 detail. Meetings with both the Client and Design Team utilised the BIM models for clash detection. The projects were delivered with completed As Built Models as executed by their respective BIM Execution Plans.
