Conversion of an existing public house to 6 self contained residential units consisting of a mix of 2 storey maisonettes and apartments. Works also included installation of a timber framed mansard penthouse unit.
Ostick + Williams were retained initially by the developer to rationalise the plan layouts and maximise the gross habitable space. Subsequently O+W provided full construction support to the D+B contractor.
