Approach

We aim to achieve sustainable, creative and innovative design solutions developed from the briefing process in collaboration with all of the project stakeholders. Many of our major Clients have clearly defined requirements whilst others need a lot of assistance to develop and shape their needs into a clear statement of intent. We actively manage the briefing process by fully engaging with our Clients by meeting user groups, chairing workshops and appraising best value options.

Much of our architecture relates to complex and highly serviced buildings and, as lead consultants, we bring together and manage integrated design teams of suitably experienced construction consultants to deliver bespoke solutions. We work hard to build strong relationships within our project and Client teams and to promote clear lines of communication.

We have collaborated on major projects throughout Ireland, Europe and North America giving clear direction and information flow to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. We offer advice on the selection of specialist consultants, design quality management, method of procurement, risk assessment, programme reporting, safety management, life cycle costing, commissioning and post implementation review.
